It's not always easy to take a proper break during a working day. Even if you step away from your desk at lunchtime - which​​​​ many people don't - you're still connected. Phones ring, emails ping, deadlines loom.

The effects of not stopping can be significant - both on our wellbeing, and for our work. As the day progresses we can become less productive, more anxious, and less able to cope with stresses. 

We're here to make it easier to switch off.

Imagine having a space you can step into where it’s just you and your thoughts. Space to stop. To think about the brief that’s just landed on your desk. To find your breath, focus and mentally prepare for whatever’s coming up.

Our pods are 2.5m long and 2m wide, so they fit into atriums, receptions, cafeterias or meeting rooms. They come with in-built headphones and a selection of meditations of different lengths and styles.

Corporate Meditation


From one-off meditation workshops to regular mindfulness classes over lunch. We’ll work with you to create a programme that’s right for your team, either in your own space or somewhere neutral.

The sessions will be interesting, useful and down-to-earth, giving everyone – from the wary to the experienced – the tools they need to find calm and stillness.

We can fit into and around your working day, or even put together a whole ‘away day’. Whatever you need, we’d be happy to help.
