Guided meditation with Chairman Kato

Inhere invites Dr. Kato Wong, a former doctor of Accident and Emergency who now teaches meditation and creativity to help improve daily wellbeing.
Kato teaches people from all backgrounds, helping them tackle all areas of wellbeing, from anxiety and stress through to relationship and career issues.In this class Kato will be using his uniquely practical approach to show how we can incorporate eastern wisdom into our daily lives to negotiate everyday with more clarity and purpose.
The mind is the most powerful tool available to us. It can be used to make incredible things happen, if used properly.
This workshop is appropriate for people of all levels of experience.
