A centred start to the day. A reset at lunch. And a gentle unwinding after work. We’ve created our meditation sessions to fit with the flow of your day, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for whatever comes next.

Each one starts with soothing soundscapes to help you switch from City to still. After that you’ll be guided through breathing and mindfulness techniques, before being brought back to the real world with sound and lighting.

Bryn Jones

Bryn spent seven years as a Buddhist monk in South East Asia before training in psychotherapy. He is currently a mindfulness-based therapist, a Dramatherapist and lecturer on MA Drama and Movement therapy at the Royal Central School (University of London).
Bryn is also an Advisor to Inhere. He is available for in-person one-to-one meditation sessions in London.

Claire Griffin

Claire is an accredited and experienced Mindfulness Teacher and Mindfulness in the Workplace Trainer. She qualified as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher with The Mindful Academy. Claire teaches MBSR 8-week courses in West Sussex, and co-teaches at the Solterreno Retreat Centre in Spain. As a certified Mindfulness in the Workplace Trainer she also runs Mindfulness Workshops and Courses for companies in London and Brighton. 
She is available for one-to-one sessions in MBSR on Skype or Facetime.
